At Mid-Illini Outdoor Living, we take pride in offering quality products built to last. Because many of our items are ordered, reserved, or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect measurements, color preference changes, or any other reason after purchase.
