Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, orders, quotes, invoices, deposits, payments, pickups, deliveries, and services provided by Mid-Illini Outdoor Living. By placing an order, making a payment, accepting a quote, or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products and Services

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living sells outdoor poly furniture, sheds, greenhouses, chicken coops, deer blinds, mini barns, and other outdoor living products. Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, styles, features, and pricing may vary.

We make every effort to provide accurate product information, photos, descriptions, and pricing. However, minor differences in color, finish, material appearance, dimensions, or product details may occur.

2. Orders

All orders must be reviewed carefully before purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the correct product, size, color, quantity, delivery information, and other order details are selected before placing an order.

Once an order is placed, it may not be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded unless approved by Mid-Illini Outdoor Living in writing.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect measurements, color preference changes, delays outside of our control, or any other reason after purchase.

Please ask all questions before completing your order.

4. Payments and Deposits

Payment terms will be listed on the invoice, quote, order form, or agreement provided to the customer.

Deposits, partial payments, and full payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Mid-Illini Outdoor Living.

Orders are not guaranteed until required payment has been received.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are only valid for the time period stated on the quote. If no expiration date is listed, the quote may be subject to change based on product availability, supplier pricing, material costs, freight, or other business factors.

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or product listing mistakes.

6. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup or delivery details will be arranged at the time of purchase or after the order is ready.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible, safe, and suitable for unloading or placement.

Additional fees may apply for delivery, difficult access, missed delivery appointments, special equipment needs, long-distance delivery, or changes requested after scheduling.

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier delays, manufacturing delays, transportation issues, road conditions, acts of God, or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Confirming all order details before purchase
Measuring spaces, gates, doorways, paths, patios, and placement areas
Checking local rules, permits, HOA requirements, zoning rules, or property restrictions
Preparing the site before delivery or placement
Maintaining products according to manufacturer or seller recommendations

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living is not responsible for issues caused by improper measurements, site conditions, lack of preparation, customer error, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Product Care and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining purchased products. Outdoor products may require routine cleaning, inspection, placement care, or maintenance depending on the product type.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, extreme weather, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not the responsibility of Mid-Illini Outdoor Living.

9. Warranties

Warranty coverage may vary by product, manufacturer, customer type, and purchase category.

Any applicable warranty will be limited to the warranty terms provided for that specific product. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by weather, acts of God, animals, fire, flood, or other outside causes.

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living does not provide any additional warranties beyond those specifically stated in writing.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect products at pickup or delivery. If an item appears damaged or if there is an issue with the order due to our error, the customer must contact Mid-Illini Outdoor Living as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, correction, or another solution at our discretion.

11. Special Orders and Custom Orders

Special-order, made-to-order, reserved, personalized, customized, or non-stock items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any custom details must be confirmed in writing before the order is placed. Mid-Illini Outdoor Living is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, color, layout, measurement, or design choices.

12. Licensed Products

Some products may include officially licensed designs, marks, colors, or branding. Licensed products are subject to availability, licensing requirements, approval requirements, and any restrictions set by the applicable licensing authority.

Customers may not reproduce, alter, copy, or use licensed designs or marks without proper authorization.

13. Website, Social Media, and Marketing

Content shared by Mid-Illini Outdoor Living on our website, social media pages, catalogs, photos, graphics, videos, posts, flyers, and advertisements is for informational and promotional purposes.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our photos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, marketing materials, or business content without written permission.

By tagging, sharing, commenting on, or submitting photos or content to Mid-Illini Outdoor Living, you grant us permission to share or use that content for business, promotional, and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

14. Giveaways and Promotions

Giveaways, discounts, promotions, and special offers may have separate rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and restrictions. Mid-Illini Outdoor Living reserves the right to modify, cancel, or end any promotion at any time.

Giveaways and promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform unless specifically stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mid-Illini Outdoor Living shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any purchase, product, delay, pickup, delivery, installation, use, or inability to use a product.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved.

16. Refusal of Service

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or decline a transaction at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abusive behavior, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, unsafe delivery conditions, or violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

Mid-Illini Outdoor Living may update or change these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted or provided at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
